Devil's Garden Colt Challenge

Colt Challenge

4-H & FFA youth in Modoc, Siskiyou, Shasta, Tehama, Lassen, Sierra, Plumas, Nevada, Placer, Butte, Yuba, Sutter, Glenn, Colusa, Del Norte, Humboldt, and Trinity Counties have taken on the challenge of training a Devil's Garden colt. 

Under guidance of project leaders, advisors, and parents these youth will gentle the colts to halter, pick up feet and trailer loading.

In April 2021 youth will participate with their colt at a practice day and in June 2021 participate to show their skills in competition at the Devil's Garden Colt Challenge.
